(a) Single Singapore citizen
(b) >35 years old
(c) no income ceiling (except grant or HDB loan)
(d) Ethnic integration Policy
(e) MSR for loan

(2) Private resale:
(a) No restriction except financial constraint.
(b) TDSR for loan
